Utilizing Cardiovascular Training Concepts for Judo
Course Objective : The athlete/coach/instructor (participant) will be able to demonstrate the understanding of general physiological concepts of cardiovascular training for judo.
1) The participant will be able to explain what constitutes aerobic and anaerobic activity, anaerobic threshold and the development of lactic acid.
2) Th participant will demonstrate a cardiovascular judo training workout using physiological concepts.
3) The participant will create a short/long term training program.
