We’ve been getting such a great response for this Sunday’s Workout, that we’ll need to move up the registration times for the event to 10:00 am to 10:30 am so that we can ensure a good start at 11 am.
Here is the agenda for the event:
Outside will be with your workout clothes and Inside will be in your Judo gi doing Uchikomi, etc.
Please forward this new information to all your friends.
Also, Parents, Coaches, and Instructors, we’ll need lots of volunteers to ensure a fun-filled and challenging event. We’ll need help with lunch preparation, chaperoning/encouragement outside, and also extra coaches and instructors helping on the mat! Please bring your sweats and gi too.
Thanks for your support!

What is the CENCO Training Camp?
A day full of exercises on and off the mat, lunch included.
Why are we doing it?
To give all CENCO judokas and community members the opportunity to come together, train as a group and provide long lasting experiences.
Who can participate?
All ages and experience levels are welcomed to participate.
What do I need to bring?
Make sure to bring your gi, exercise clothes and running shoes (yes, we will be running!).
How much, where is it at and when?
The training camp will cost $20.00 per person (lunch provided) and will be hosted by Silicon Valley Judo (92 North Almaden Boulevard, Suite B, San Jose, CA 95110) on Sunday, January 20th from 11am-2pm. Fees will be used to fund future developmental activities.
The Capital Open is this Sunday, September 3rd! Click here for all the details and a downloadable entry form.
Just a reminder that the deadline for discounted registration for the SJSU Camp is next Wednesday, July 5th. Please encourage your students to participate as we believe this should be very educational, fun and a great workout. Also, if you are able to help with the camp, please let me know which days you can attend.
As you know the camp is now a 3-day camp, Monday-Wednesday, July 17,18 & 19. Attached are the revised information and registration forms.
