Spots filling up for Cenco Training Day! Register soon!

Hi Everyone,
We’ve been getting such a great response for this Sunday’s Workout, that we’ll need to move up the registration times for the event to 10:00 am to 10:30 am so that we can ensure a good start at 11 am.
Here is the agenda for the event:
Outside will be with your workout clothes and Inside will be in your Judo gi doing Uchikomi, etc.

Please forward this new information to all your friends.
Also, Parents, Coaches, and Instructors, we’ll need lots of volunteers to ensure a fun-filled and challenging event. We’ll need help with lunch preparation, chaperoning/encouragement outside, and also extra coaches and instructors helping on the mat! Please bring your sweats and gi too.*;) winking
Thanks for your support!
Sincerely,
