Olympic referee Gary Takemoto returns for another informative, entertaining clinic. For those seeking local or regional referee certification a CENCO written test will follow the Clinic.  This is a closed book test and Participants are expected to have studied CENCO’s recommended referee manual in advance: http://bit.ly/2xYKEo3; A practical examination will follow during Palo Alto’s tournament on Sunday November 5th at the Menlo-Atherton High School gym.

The clinic will cover both current status and possible future directions for rules and be of great value for Referees, Coaches, and Competitors alike:

  • Referees: Improve your “game” and get ready for further advancement
  • Coaches: Learn how Referees are being guided and prepare your athletes accordingly
  • Competitors: Learn how you can seek ethical advantages and avoid surprises on the mat

Clinic attire is slacks and polo shirts. The cost for CENCO members will be $35 and $40 for members of clubs outside CENCO.

Eligibility: Must be a current USJF, USJA or USJI member and present card
